I always feel bad for rejecting people. Be it people asking me to buy something from them or people asking me out to somewhere or people offering me their help in something. I feel like I'm rejecting their kindness although their ultimate motive may be for their own good or cause they are just making use of me. I just feel bad like I shouldn't reject them and just say yes although I might land myself in trouble. If only I am someone who is less soft-hearted then I won't be feeling so much about it.
